I have always wondered as to how to achieve peace and harmony in life .As i reflect back i realize that in all the different phases of my life ,there were challenges ,joys and sorrows.The joys were always welcome, it was challenges and sorrows that would cause turbulence in my mind .
Now that i am older ,i realize that some of the distress could have been avoided had i taken a different approach . Therefore i am now sharing some knowledge i gathered which may be of help to others.
1. Know that life is a game of situations built by necessities, desire,relationships ,priorities and ambition.
2. Understand and evaluate life as a whole and remember its not possible to be successful in all spheres of life.
3. If you live through defeat but accquire wisdom you have won.
4. In order ti be happy ,believe in yourself and do not rely on approval of others .
5. Most of mental suffering is self imposed .Practice meditation to calm the mind .
