Like many north indians my morning begins with a cup of tea .With each sip my body begins to awaken .A surge of warmth and energy gradually fills up my body .And then my body is all charged and geared to fall into the day’s routine.
There are many varieties , flavours and types of tea .One can select as per taste or health benefits involved .Of recent there has been great research on the health benefits of green tea which has been proven to be loaded with antioxidants and disease fighting radicals .The internet has added to the growing awareness of this .
Tea is drunk in different ways also ,such as tea bag , the traditional masala indian tea brew , lemon tea etc. One can add spices and condiments such as cardamon ,cinnamon ,ginger ,basil leaves to improve flavour and for health benefits.
Anyhow whatever way tea is one of the invigorating and most sought after beverage .
